Benjamin Watson

Ben directs the Visual Experience Lab, which studies how visual technologies affect human emotion, thinking and behavior. His research background spans computer graphics, web and mobile interfaces, and visualization.
Pat Fitzgerald

A lead professor in the Advanced Media Lab for the College of Design, Pat’s research and teaching span the full range of multimedia production, from digital video to interactive 3D animation.
Amber Howard

At least for the time being, Amber is still an instructor at NC State’s Graphic Design department, and a freelance design consultant. Her Ph.D. research examined mobile phones as tools for improving health.
Art Swanson
Director, UX & Product Design, Allscripts

Art is responsible for both User Experience and Common UI platform development at Allscripts, where he built a team including dozens of designers, researchers and developers that are responsible for products that span desktop, mobile,and tablet experiences.
